Additional training can be booked for a longer on site training or a remote training (using the software teamviewer) on demand or remote training for special topics.
The first year of electronic support is generally included in the sale.
Support contracts for the following years are available, but not compulsory as usually not much support is required after 1 year of usage.
Support is usually provided by e-mail (as imos offers the export of your design with all settings attached - so we can import your design in our backup and see what you have done) or remote support (if e-mail is not sufficient to describe/see the problem).
IMOS in Germany offers software maintenance contracts which allow you (for an annual fee) not only to download the latest patches and receive DVD's with new versions, but also access online tutorials and manuals to specific topics.
